What do the terms diffusion and diffuser mean?

Diffusion – is the actual process of dispersing the essential oils so that their fragrance fills the room or area. Technically the movement of molecules that escape from a region of high concentration to an area of low concentration. When the scent is dispersed from the unit, it spreads outward in every direction to where they are in low concentration. Your nose is able to detect the smell of the scent even if you are quite a distance away.

Diffuser – is the device that converts the liquid essential oil blends into a fine cold vapour mist and spreads the scent evenly into surrounding areas.

How often does your Scent Specialist come in to service the units?

Our Scent Service units are generally serviced on a monthly basis or as indicated on the contract.

What is involved in a typical service visit?

During the visit, our team ensures the following:

1. That the device is working properly.
2. Ensuring the unit is properly cleaned every visit.
3. Keeping the canister filled with the essential oil chosen.
4. Follow up with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the service and/or if any adjustments are required.

What scents/fragrances are available?

For our Scent Services the following scents are available for use:

How big of a space will these work in?

Our small units will cover areas up to 10,500 cubic feet. A medium unit will cover areas up to 21,000 cubic feet and our larger unit will cover areas of up to 63,000 cubic feet.

How often is the oil changed? Is there an extra charge if your Scent Services specialist comes in between regularly scheduled service visits?

The oil will be changed on a monthly basis. If any adjustments or scent changes are required between services, there is no extra charge.
