Having started with PCO/Orkin in 1981 as a technician in downtown Vancouver, Ali now has almost 40 years of pest control experience. During his career at Orkin Canada, he has held positions that include Service Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. In his current role as a Quality Assurance Manager, Ali is responsible for customer audits, technical support, pest identification, and assisting with training. He also author’s an internal monthly newsletter entitled; “The Western Link.”
