Michelle has been employed with Orkin Canada Corp. in the Human Resources Department since 2008.  She has worked her way from Senior Human Resources Generalist, HR Manager to her current role as a Human Resources Director.

Throughout her career, she has worked in the electrical distribution field (Wesco Distribution), natural gas (ENRON Capital and Trade), event planning (self-employed), automotive (The Woodbridge Group), and now the pest management industry.  These organizations provided learning opportunities and experiences in project management and delivery, global expatriation, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, training and development, labour dispute resolution, and other areas of business responsibility.

Michelle has championed many fund raising initiatives throughout her career.  She has championed the company toy drive for Peel Region Toys for Tots, participated in Habitat for Humanity, registered with the Canadian Blood Services, lead a company fundraising campaign for Dress for the Cause and the Mississauga Food Bank.  She actively participates in providing co-op placements for those looking to further their experience in a preferred field of interest to ensure our future leaders are prepared for tomorrow.

Michelle completed her Human Resource Management studies at Sheridan College where she graduated with High Honours.  She continues to maintain her designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association.
