We are changing our
name to Orkin Canada!
Our new name change reflects the fact that we are a Canadian company. For more than a half-century we have consistently set the standard for the pest control industry in Canada and we look forward to continuing to serve you as Orkin Canada.
Orkin PCO Services has operated under a dual brand for a number of years, and we are pleased to advise you that effective January 1, 2012 we are changing our name to “Orkin Canada.” This change reflects the growing recognition of our well established organization whose purpose is to protect your good name!
What does this mean for you? It means that you will continue to receive the same great service from the same Orkin Canada personnel, along with their continued commitment to your satisfaction, and results you have come to expect – just under a new name! We are backed by a team of quality assurance professionals who have access to the best training and research available from the Orkin University and Learning Centre. This allows us to provide you with the industry’s most comprehensive guarantees, setting us apart from our competitors.
Our team remains the same! You will, however, notice an updated logo on our trucks, uniforms and other branded materials over the next several months. We remain dedicated to providing quality service through our unrivalled pest control knowledge, state of the art reporting opportunities, and up to date equipment and pest management techniques.

Orkin PCO is now Orkin Canada!
Why is Orkin PCO Services changing its name?
As Canada’s largest pest control provider, we have always taken pride in being operated by Canadians. To reflect our commitment as your local pest management provider – with the foundation and resources to serve Canada from coast to coast – we are changing our name to Orkin Canada.
When does this change take place?
The change will be effective January 1, 2012, though we plan to gradually incorporate the Orkin Canada logo on branded materials over the next several months.
What changes should I expect?
In short, nothing will change. You can continue to expect the same great service from your same service technician(s), as well as our commitment to your satisfaction and results. You will start to notice the updated logo on our trucks, uniforms and other branded materials over the next several months.
What about changes to branch locations, management and contact information?
There will not be any restructuring or changes to day-to-day operations as a result of the name change. Additionally, all contact information – phone numbers, email addresses and website – will continue to work. New Orkin Canada email addresses and website are also in effect.
What do I need to do?
We do ask that you start making cheques payable to “Orkin Canada.” You should expect to start seeing updated invoices and other written communications from us in the coming months utilizing our new name and logo.
Is there a new owner?
No. We remain part of the Rollins, Inc. family, backed by a team of quality assurance professionals who have access to the best training and research available from the Orkin University and Learning Centre. The only thing that has changed is our name.
