This program provides professional eradication and prevention of pest infestations, education and information about pests, our control methods and “peace of mind” knowing that all future pest issues will be dealt with by the Pest Control Professionals at Orkin Canada.

Thorough 20 Point Inspections
A thorough 20 Point Interior/Exterior visual inspection of all accessible areas will be performed during each scheduled service visit. Findings, recommendations and control procedures are recorded and presented to you.

Initial Visit
Basements. Crawl spaces. Attics. The Orkin Man™ inspects the inside and outside of your home first because what he does before treatment can make all the difference. In fact, your treatment plan will be customized to your home's specific needs based on this thorough inspection.

• Inside: The first treatment will target the pests currently hiding in your home's cracks and crevices.
• Outside: Since most pest problems start outside, The Orkin Man™ identifies and targets points of entry and then lays down a protective barrier around your home using Orkin Canada's Perimeter Defense System™ to help keep pests out.

Ongoing Visits
Flies. Ants. Mosquitoes. Rats. You name it. As seasons and weather change, different pests will attack your home. No matter what season it is, The Orkin Man™ will be there to inspect, identify and help protect your home against unwanted invaders.

• If you're home during our visit, The Orkin Man™ will inspect and treat both the inside and the outside of your home.
• Even when you're not home, The Orkin Man™ will continue to strengthen your home's protective barrier.

How it works:
Spring - Early Summer
Thorough inspection in and around your home for pest conditions, and treatment of specific problems. We can apply a protective barrier around the exterior of your home to keep crawling insects from entering.

Summer - Fall
Careful exterior inspection and treatment of pests, especially wasps’ and bees’ nests. We do an interior inspection, if desired, and treatment of any new infestations. We can apply a residual barrier to the exterior of the home to keep out pest invaders.

Fall - Winter
Complete inspection of your home for potential pest problems and a complete 20-point Pest Management Inspection including preventative measures for mice and rats which often try to gain access during these seasons.

Should an emergency service be required between regularly scheduled visits for contractually covered pests, it will be done at no additional cost. A follow up call is always made within 48 hours to ensure your satisfaction.

Pests covered under an HPP Program include*:

Ants (excluding Carpenter and Pharaoh), Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Cockroaches, Earwigs, Fleas, Ground Beetles, Millipedes, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders, Wasps, Rats and Mice. 

* Additional pricing must be considered when including additional pests such as Carpenter Ants or Pharaoh Ants.
