Announcement of Purity Acquisition

 

Orkin PCO Services is pleased to announce the purchase of Purity Pest Control here in Toronto. Purity is a well known company in the Greater Toronto Area that was owned by Mike Goldman. Mike has been in the industry for many years and was past president of the Structural Pest Management Association of Ontario.

Mike built a very respectable business and was instrumental in introducing the concept of using specially trained dogs to detect insects (such as bed bugs and termites) to the Canadian market.

Orkin PCO is very pleased to be merging Purity’s business with theirs. Mike Goldman has agreed to stay on in a consulting role for a few months to help with the transition.

Ontario Regional Managers Rob Quinn and Dave Campbell will be handling the logistics to ensure a seamless transition for Purity’s clients. Orkin welcomes all the Purity clients to their family, and look forward to working with Mike over the next few months as they transition the business.
